I have had experience with a wide variety of cases including product liablility, commerical law cases, insurance, premises liabilty, personal injury, education law, construction law, and antitrust. I have argued cases on appeal before the Seventh Circuit and the Indiana Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. I am certified as a mediator. I am recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer for civil litigation-defense. I have also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America. I served as President of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana in 2004 and received the DRI Fred Sievert Award as the most oustanding leader of a defense organization in the country. I received the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Diplomat Award in 2008 in recognition of my achievements as a defense attorney throughout my career. I currently serve as the Managing Editor for the Indiana Civil Litigation Review.

We represent the Norfolk Southern Railroad throughout Indiana. There are 35 attorneys in the firm.
